The Training of Trainers – Level 1 (TOT) is a practical professional development program designed to qualify and develop trainers and enhance their ability to analyze training needs, design training programs and content, deliver and manage training sessions professionally, and evaluate training outcomes and impact.
The program is based on the principle that a professional trainer’s role goes beyond possessing knowledge or presentation skills. A competent trainer must be able to transform knowledge and expertise into a structured and impactful learning experience, starting with identifying training needs and ending with evaluating results and measuring training impact.
Throughout the program, participants will learn and practically apply how to:
The program follows a highly practical methodology consisting of 25% theoretical knowledge and 75% practical application, using exercises, activities, simulations, individual and group applications, and hands-on training practice.
The objective is not only to introduce participants to training concepts, but to equip them with the tools, methodology, and practical skills required to design, deliver, manage, and evaluate training professionally.
The program is designed for trainers and aspiring trainers, teachers and lecturers, HR and Learning & Development professionals, group facilitators, professionals and subject-matter experts, and anyone seeking to start or advance a professional career in training.
